Our understanding of what the universe is depends on the multitude of phenomena around us, disjointed, but still unified under the presence of one guiding force. The finesse of the finished piece, mirrors the calm of this universal force.
In the Brahmanda series, I have tried to incorporate this universal unity of spirit in my wares.
On a micro level, these wares are made from the remaining pieces of the colored clay of the other works we undertake. Here the colors are set to match the gorgeousness of the planet, Neptune. It needs a special mention here that since I work with colored clay, the proportion of colors that enters a block are not calculated and each combination received the is unique and never to be repeated..
These glasses invites you to hold them, cup them, explore each rotating line while you enjoy your various shots of life.
